LMI has secured a potential $116.7 million firm-fixed-price contract from the Washington Headquarters Services to provide professional support services to the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment.

Contract Scope and Details

The Department of Defense said Friday the contract operates on a level-of-effort basis for labor and will cover time and materials for travel and other directed expenses. The Tysons, Virginia-based company will deliver day-to-day administrative, analytical, program management and strategic communications support services. It is also expected to meet emerging needs during the contract’s duration.

The initial value of the award is $15.6 million, with $11.7 million obligated at the time of the award from fiscal 2025 operations and maintenance funds and research, development, test, and evaluation funds. If all options are exercised, the contract value will rise to $116.7 million.

LMI will perform contract work at the Pentagon, the Mark Center in Alexandria, Virginia, and Crystal City, Virginia. The estimated completion date is July 22, 2030.
