Strategic investment firm Casa del Fuego Family Office and Trust has acquired Digital Global Systems, a provider of patented spectrum optimization technologies, in a stock purchase transaction valued at $5 billion.
DGS said Monday it will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Case del Fuego with its executive leadership team remaining in place.
The transaction will enable DGS to speed up the deployment of next-generation wireless capabilities across government, civilian and commercial networks.
Accelerating AI-Driven Spectrum Management
DGS has a portfolio of over 500 issued and pending patents and applies artificial intelligence and machine learning to real-time radio frequency data.

The company’s patented technology is designed to facilitate dynamic spectrum sharing, RF awareness, RAN automation and interference mitigation for defense, public safety, private network and commercial wireless applications.
The RF analytics capabilities of DGS could support early detection of anomalous signals, making its technology key to protecting critical assets, ensuring secure satellite device-to-device communications and advancing robotic control in congested environments.
DGS is developing chipset-integrated spectrum analytics to provide on-device RF awareness and real-time interference detection capabilities across diverse environments.
